United Elitez FC is the youth academy of United Elitez Inc., a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. We exist to make elite-level development reachable for the families of our community.
We believe talent is everywhere — but opportunity is not. United Elitez was founded to close that gap in Northern Virginia soccer.
Too often, the highest level of youth football is locked behind price tags that decide who gets to grow. We are building the opposite: a development-first academy where a player's ceiling is set by their work rate, coachability, and character — never by what their family can afford.
As a nonprofit, every dollar is reinvested into coaching, facilities, and access. Need-based scholarships are on the way, so that the phrase "Earn Everything" applies to the players on the pitch — and never to a family's bank account. This is the beginning, and we're building it the right way.
"Earn Everything" isn't a slogan on a wall — it's the operating system of the club. Every session, every player is measured against three things.
At United Elitez FC, we don't take practices lightly — every rep must count. Our players learn and understand in order to play with confidence, they must train at a high intensity level. That is our standard.
At United Elitez FC, everything we do is with purpose, every single session/drill/technique coached to our players is with purpose. This allows our players to learn and understand the PURPOSE behind the "WHY" of what we coach them — allowing them to become more creative, independent players instead of robotic ones.
At United Elitez FC, we're inspired by our sister program, FuturElitez Soccer & Mindset Training, founded in 2020 by Parsa Izadpanah to instill a combination of mindset and technical training. We help our players become resilient Go-Getters who lead both on and off the field through our specialized mentorship and coaching.

United Elitez's U-10 Boys Travel team is the first team of United Elitez FC competing in the NCSL, based in Ashburn and Chantilly, Virginia — establishing the high standard United Elitez has instilled in its culture and the entirety of the club, on which it will be built for future teams.
As demand grows, we open tryouts for neighboring birth years — extending the same development-first model to more players in the community.
Need-based scholarships launch, delivering on our nonprofit promise: no talented player left on the sideline because of cost.
